The n-Ergy process is a three-step approach consisting of assessment, coaching, and training designed to increase workplace satisfaction and productivity.

  2. n-Ergy Coaching offers insight and,
  3. n-Ergy Training provides individuals with integration of the information and the insight designed to help them be more effective on the job

n-Ergy Coaching provides insight to the employee about the results of their n-Ergy Assessment through professional one-on-one discussion. It involves a four-step planning process that includes: setting goals, considering the current reality, exploring options, and creating an executable action plan.

 

What is n-Ergy Training?

 

n-Ergy Training integrates the n-Ergy Assessment with the n-Ergy Coaching plan. It combines the processes ensuring a renewable, individual and team-driven created n-Ergy. You can choose from any of the following customized courses to create your individualized n-Ergy Training Plan:
